Clean place with excellent quality staff and great view of Tatra mountains. Variety of lovely food. Marvellous location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Bania Thermal Baths. From the bus stop 10 minutes on foot. Totally VERY GOOD stay during New Year weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and very tasty breakfast in it.

We had fine, tidy room with 2 single beds. We booked it for gbp 834. The location was stunning and perfect, short walk to restaurants, pharmacy and Supermarkets close by.

Friendly and efficient dinner service, delicious food. Excellent location close to main attractions and amenities.

Rude and unhelpful staff, noisy children running around all day and night. Terrible breakfast, lack of cleanliness in the room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to the ski lifts and a supermarket. It made it easy for us to go skiing and get our groceries without any hassle. Another great aspect was the beautiful garden, which provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. We also enjoyed the excellent traditional Polish breakfast, which was delicious and gave us a taste of the local cuisine.

That our room smelled of cigarette smoke, although we were able to get some fresh air through the large windows. Another issue was that the staff didn't speak English well, which made communication a bit difficult.

Standard king room with bathroom was ready when we arrived. The hotel was located in the heart of the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is perfect, right in the center of town and pretty close to the slopes. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were basic but comfortable, with individual lockers and either a double bed or two single beds, along with a bathroom. And the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

All was great, I couldn't fault a thing.

The room was silent and neat with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The property was in the heart of the city.

Actually, Wi-Fi was very poor and our bed was too soft.

I’d say that room was silent, it had an electric kettle and glassware, that's handy. Location: the hotel was close to Białka Tatrzańska and restaurant. It also was to skiing.
